Mock Trials

A mock trial is a trial simulation in which Res Ipsa assembles jury panel participants for a two-day event so that attorneys can present and test their arguments, evidence and videos of witnesses in person. Attorneys are given the opportunity to conduct voir dire, present opening arguments and elements of their case-in-chief, then present a closing. Mock jurors complete questionnaires and individual jury charges, deliberate the case and ultimately reach a jury verdict.
